1. Why can't I find my Ad when I search for it ?
Make sure you're searching in the category in which you placed your ad. Try using search terms that include specific words you used in your ad text.
You can use the "Find Ad by Ad Id #" search page to see what category you posted your ad.
You can also have your Ad information emailed to you (you must use the email address you posted in your ad).

2. What's an Ad Id number? When you place your ad you will receive an email with information that includes your Ad Id number.
You will need it to edit/delete your ad. If you upgrade your ad to a paid service you
will need it when you make your payment at PayPal so we can identify your ad.
*NOTE: If your email filter blocks our email you will not receive your ad information.

3. How do I edit my Free ad ?
Go here and enter your Ad Id number and the email address you used when you placed your ad. You can then edit/delete your ad or if it's a Premium Ad you can upload a photo.

4. How do I edit my paid advertising ?
Paid advertising is not editable after your ad has posted (except for Premium Ads). Contact Us immediately if you need to make changes.

5. My paid advertising hasn't posted yet..what happened ?
Due to site traffic it may take up to 8 hours to post your ad (ususally sooner). Don't worry your ad will be posted ! We've been online for over 10 years and have many satisfied customers.

6. I paid for an ad but forgot to include my ad id number...what now ?
We will make every effort to locate your ad and upgrade it to a paid advertisement. If necessary we then contact you by email to find out how to identify your ad.

7. I try to edit my ad but I get "Ad not Found" ?
Make sure you have the correct Ad Id number and email address entered in the "Edit Ad" page. See question 1 for more information.

8. How do I exchange links with this site ?
Our Link Exchange is located here. Please be advised that as more links are added yours may not appear on the same page as it was placed.
If you use software to monitor your links it may report it as "not found" for the reason stated. You can verify your link manually here using the sort function.
We have links dating back 10 years and we DO NOT delete link exchange partners. Your link is always here !

9. Why is my website link in my ad not working ?
You need to edit your URL in your ad. It should be in this format "http://www.mysite.com". See question 2 to edit your ad.

11. I can't edit my email address, what should I do ?
If you used the wrong email address or have a different one than in your Ad just delete the Ad and place a new one.
Go here and enter your Ad Id number and the email address you used when you placed your ad.
You can then edit/delete your ad.

12. How can I upload my graphic for my Banner ad ?
You should email the Banner as an attachment or send us a link to it after payment is made.
